PSA label on ticket slabs

How does PSA generate the description for an event? Is it up to the submitter to propose a description and then PSA confirms it and adjusts it to fit on the slab? For instance, I have a ticket from Caitlin Clark's record setting game and I'd like it to say "Caitlin Clark breaks NCAA women's career points record".
Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm pretty sure they will. I've had lots of tickets slabbed and they have always noted MVPs (for ASGs) and momentous occasions, like 'Last Game at Shea' or 'First Win at Citified'.
In fact, years ago (more than 10 years), you could request a line (it had to be approved) -- my brother and Dad went to the World Series in 1973 ... I had the ticket stub slabbed with the phrase: "A WS game with Dad, priceless'
If it is not already in the Database, then you would manually put something (ideally what you would want). Then when it gets to research & ID, that person will decide or converse with someone what it SHOULD say, which may be what you put, maybe not. But obviously it will notate in some form that she broke the record....
Add a note to be safe and PSA will give it a title. Might say "breaks record" or might say how many total points. Something along that line. I sent in a Rollie Fingers signed ticket stub from Game 7 of the 1972 WS, and they slabbed it with "Rollie Fingers two inning save"
I have also sent in a stub where it was Ichiro's 500th stolen base. There was also a triple play in that game. I obviously had it slabbed for Ichiro's 500th SB.
Beckett will put multiple event significance's on the label if you request.
