What is this Brady?

Over the past few weeks, numerous copies of this card have been listed on Ebay by numerous different sellers, some with high feedback.
All are "graded" 10 by some no name company, and they're listed as "refractors" despite not being Chrome. Also, no card number.
Definitely not legit, but it's just strange that so many have shown up all of the sudden.

those have been around for awhile. not legitimate.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
Brady cards, in general, have come down quite a bit.... some 50% and more. I think that a legit Ultra is a pretty tough grade but don't know how desirable it is since it's not a Patriots uniform.
