Is this show just like a regular coin show, with dealer tables, but for PCGS members only?

Not really. It's more a dealer to dealer show with some space for higher-level collectors to engage with dealers in a more subdued setting. Most dealers at these shows (in my experience) skip on bringing the retail-y coins.

If you're looking for higher end material, its a great show to go to, and its a chance to talk with some of the bigger dealers in the country in a more relaxed setting.
