Am I not doing something right?

I recently upgraded a couple coins for my set, so I deleted the two previous coins from my Inventory and added the two new coins to my Inventory - but now my set shows up as incomplete - lacking the two coins I deleted.

Even tho' I added the upgrades to my Inventory and they both show up in my Inventory, they do not show up in my set and my set is now incomplete.............

What's up with that?
