Grading service software upgrade

ICG has been upgrading its software so that the whole grading process and submissions will be online. It seems to have slowed them down a lot. Is this really so complicated? For a long time they did not have submission tracking online.

Wrong! Our customers notice. The front office is getting swamped with requests for info about their orders. We are victims of fast service. Now, if the customers don't get their coins back in 12-15 working days they clog the phone lines. This is the first time in 12 years that we are running 5-8 days behind - much of it due to several huge submissions of foreign coins and tokens. Hopefully, we will get back to usual in another week.
I can only pity PCGS and NGC customer service employees who must go through this on a daily basis due to the popularity of their companies. Here is a tip for everyone using a TPGS.
DON'T BUG THEM! They will try very hard to get your coins back to you as fast as the tier you paid for.
