Well, one thing you want to do is to edit the photos in your photo editing program to eliminate the glare as much as possible. Basically just darken the images a bit, to show the signatures as they really appear.
Other than that, no clue here who those players are. Def a more recent ball than the MJ era unfortunately. Good luck to you though.
