Is it worth paying 2x the price for a roll of AU common date Franklins instead of avg circ Franklins? Thanks :)

    It could be a roll of cull coins. I wouldn’t buy without examining first.
    I certainly wouldn’t buy if it was an internet transaction such as eBay.
