    "Alka-Seltzer cocktail"

A little tip before pigging out during the Super Bowl or anytime.

Before beginning your gluttonous festivities, drink a full glass of around 8 to 12 ounces of room temperature water. This will greatly help with the digestion.

After your pig-fest, drink another glass of around 8 to 12 ounces of room temperature water. This will also greatly help with the digestion.

Unless you were so hungry and ate raw chicken wings without cooking it because you couldn't wait for the cooking time, and develop Salmonella poisoning, this water method works extremely well.

Also, the next day you're gonna need to go on a semi-fast of sorts. Certainly no heavy meals, definitely no breakfast. Just maybe one or two very light snacks during the day and that's it. No eating all day, just drinking water, would actually be much better. Then on Tuesday you should be able to resume your normal eating activities.

Since I am on antibiotics right now, no alcohol today. When the game is over, I will move on and that is it happy if the Niners win, neutral 'oh well' if they don't. Since I am going to someone elses house to watch, there really will be nothing more than to go home..........

Interesting my post game was searching for answers as to why Shanahan decided to not run the ball in the 3rd quarter, they were epically failing with Purdy so Shanahan decided to go with the normal for most HC's and force the issue lol

KC deserved to win and beat them but part of me feels SF let them off the hook a little bit

I think sometimes head coaches try to get too fancy. See Carol, Pete at the goal line in the 4th SB. To me, KC fought hard in that second half. they were getting bullied at the line on both sides during the first half. They were on the ropes after that Mahomes pick and the defense came through big time.

Sure and they need to be smart enough to save themselves from themselves and clearly Shanahan didn't, oh wait he didn't AGAIN

In this case, say, oh well, wait for next year..............

SB Wrap up in the SH household:

    From ESPN:

"The 49ers are the consensus favorites to win Super Bowl LIX, coming in at +550 on ESPN BET."

Yippee! Place your bets now, Niners looked great in this game, it was exciting as a SB I ever saw. Purdy passed the test, it seemed to me that KC made the best half time adjustments. That's on you, Shanahan.........
