Last year I had sent in a 1897 10 mark Baden coin and requested an open '0' variety designation. The coin was refused this designation and only straight graded. I contacted them before the order was complete and showed proof of two other open '0' variety coins I have had graded from the Hesse Darmstadt and Baden regions. The refused to acknowledge this and hurried out the order to get it shipped. I had inquired again, providing my examples and also showing items at auction back in November 23' and was told 'they would look into it'. I emailed both info and setregistry @ pcgs last week and still have not received a response. Any help with sending me to a responsive contact is much appreciated.
