Graded to Pop Report: how long does it take to show up?

I was wondering how long it takes a coin to register in the population report once it’s been graded.

Does the newly graded coin show up in the pop report the moment it’s graded by PCGS, or does it get added to the Pop report after the coin has been shipped back to the owner?
