Help with an order...Value Plus $39.99

I have three 3 cards, do I need to have more? It's giving me an error and I have no idea what is wrong?

    Anyone have any idea, why the sight would tell me it's an error? Is there a minimum?

    When do you get the error?
    I did a trial run with 3 cards and no error up to actually placing the order.

    when i place the order, it pops error, but doesn't tell me what the error is. i had no problems up until the very end.

    i tried the new $60 15 day special for 3 cards and it still gives me error. let me know if any of you try the new special and it works for you for a small number of cards.

    Chrome would be a good option.

    I use Firefox for everything, but when I have issues, I use Chrome.

    No matter what i use it keeps giving me an error. Maybe it's because I am only trying to send 3 cards, If someone else can send this few and it lets you please let me know.

    I called and the recording said I should call back tomorrow. They have only been open 2 hours today. Essentially no taking calls i guess.

    You have to call when it opens, all the queue slots for the entire day is taken in the first few minutes... They call you back.

    3 cards is fine at that price point... Maybe post some screen shots of the error you are getting. Might be a problem with your account, maybe create a new one....

    The account thing sounds right. After everything is in, and you punch the key to send the order in, it's says about 5 or 6 words, "there is an error processing", or something very similar. never says there is an issue until the very end when submitting the order.

    Is your payment method correct? Did it maybe default to an expired card from the list?
    Did you mix item types?
    Is your declared value higher than the limit?

    Unless you post a screenshot of every step (and I don't blame you if you don't want to), its going to be stabs in the dark as to the possible reason.

    i agree Ron. i was just hoping someone had run into to the issue before. Since my last order, I did notice that they changed the submission process pages. When I got to my credit card info, it was all jacked up. Maybe that's it.

    I appreciate the help guys. I was going to get a 1976 Payton graded for a friend, but oh well. I told him that SGC would be just as good, so hopefully he goes that way. The card is really nice probably a 7 - 8 range. I would grade it a 7.5. a tad off-centered top to bottom and just a little issue with one corner, very minor. Could be an 8.
