Before submitting, suggest you post a clear photo of both sides
and state why you want to submit it. Unless it is rare or has a
major error, it would cost more to submit than what it is worth.0

What TPG were you looking at for the cost of grading the cent? Quite often you can find the coin for sale for less than the cost of having it graded.
