2005 P Kansas "Humpback" Bison Quarter

Good Morning. :)
I found this in a large jar of change we've saved for the last 30 years. Could it be where the die had just broken or cracked on this particular coin? The anomaly is not quite as large as some I've seen, but more defined.

I have attached a picture of a graded one from ANACS and three of the one I found this weekend. Thanks so much for your help.

    That is caused by a die chip, quite common on coins and is not considered an
    error as it is part of the minting process.

    I'm new. :smiley: I was more curious if it looked like this is where the die started to chip in this variant of coin. Either way, its the first die chip I've found and I like it. :smiley:
