After grading PSA says they offer 3 choices. Auction/Vault/Return. However, that is not the case. And customer service so called does not want to answer any inquiries or accusations of this.

I have a sub that's in assembly right now and the dropdown boxes are working for me.
While I always ship back to me, I would want to know the grade before deciding, if I played the auction/vault game.
We'll see how long it takes between grade pop and tracking number this time around.0 -

It might be better to select vault while free and then select what you want shipped afterwards? Another option is for them to add an option button that allows a 36 hour window prior to shipment.

Hi I don't understand the question. Can you clarify. thank you
Since psa won't respond to my questions? I ask why can't I mix my orders like they so proudly tell you that you can?
Now I know why PSA takes so long to answer questions....

How much does psa pay you? 8 dollars a post? It's too much.
I think I understand what you're asking, and yes, you can select each card to be sent to vault or shipped back to you.
But you have to be quick. On one of my subs the option disappeared in a day or two after being notified that grades popped.
You have to keep on top of it, because I've seen my grades pop long before PSA emailed me telling me they're ready.
Could be the window had closed by the time you wanted to make your selection. Just a thought.
Thanks for your answer. I checked the status of my order maybe12 hours before I got the grades ready email. It was in assembly and I couldn't make the drop down box work, so I got the email at 1651 PST and 10 minutes later I tried to choose the auction and it was still unusable and then 30 minutes later I got a tracking number. It all seems suspicious because it was near quitting time there and seems the people who do this were in a hurry to get rid of this order and go home is my guess. No one in management seems to be aware of this trick. I hope they find out quick. Otherwise really PSA is of no use to me anymore. SGC and Beckett are just as reliable and cheaper usually.
They also make you pick an option when you fill out the submission form. They give you 2 shots at it just in case you've changed your mind.
Yeah options if you submit to the vault or return. It's all or nothing. They don't have this down yet. Mix is the key word. Then give a submission form the mix option as well. Then they know your intentions.
Good sensible suggestions. Thanks.
