Submission question

Did I mess something up? I completed my form online and when I printed it out I saw it said "Signature Required: No". I went back through the process and under shipping it says all orders are shipped insured with signature required and I couldn't find any way I could have waived that.

My last order was delivered with no signature. Maybe if its low dollar then it's not required.

Mine has a $2100 declared value. I'd expect that would be enough to require a signature, no? This is what appears during the online submission process.

Okay, since this question doesn't seem to have an easy answer hopefully this one does. Can I use a PO Box as my return address? I have Fedex and UPS deliver to my Post Office using the street address. But in this I don't want Fedex just dropping it off without getting a signature. Using my PO Box would force PSA to use USPS, which I'm much more comfortable with not having a signature required.

  • I called them up. They said it was an error that they were working to fix.

I use PO box all the time for PSA. But the Post office I use has parcel locker, so they just leave it in there sometimes even if signature is required.

Thanks vols1, that is all I needed to know. My big concern was the with the chain of custody. Having Fedex hand it off to my Post Office without a signature makes it harder to assign fault if it gets lost. This way it is in USPS hands from the time it leaves PSA until I pick it up.
