PCGS Customer Service Change

Not sure if any of you have noticed, things do seem to be getting better on the CS front. I had to call in last Friday and put my number in the queue in the early afternoon and still got a call back about 2 hours later. For a while if you didn't call in the first 2 hours or so you weren't getting a call back. At least it seems to be getting better.

Also, you can't just email info@pcgs.com any more, you have to go through the website. I like this idea in that they can route requests more directly and they'll probably get answered faster. What I don't like is that they don't have an option for "you screwed up my order." I guess we use "other?"

Would be nice if they would have an emergency "stop shipment on my order" line also. On a few occasions I can see a glaring error in the submission results but they package up and ship the order before I can even get a response from CS resulting in having to send the coins back.

I would think Order Status if you have an issue to address with your order. Not sure..

I dont know. I'm not sure how long it used to take, but its been a full week and I have yet to hear back from PCGS regarding my substandard truviews. I submitted an inquiry through the feature that you screenshotted.
