Inherited 1899-O Morgan dollar coin

Hello, please forgive me if I do not portray my questio

n in the most accurate way. I'm new to inspecting coins and using the proper verbage etc.. If there is anyone that can help me understand what I'm seeing on this coin and whether it is worth having it graded. I would be very grateful for any help and Thank you in advance! While looking at this particular coin I noticed what appeared to be the letter "E" on its side just above Lady Liberty's headband below the bun. This picture was taken from my cell phone. Any opinions or thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.

    Welcome to the forum

That mark is just damage from taking a hit, possibly from the edge of another coin.
Not worth getting graded in that condition.

    Welcome to the forum! :)

It looks like it might be a lamination or strike thru. ;)
It's nothing that will ad value to a coin with that much circulation.
