1959-D Lincoln Cent new (minor) Variety?........................

I have about 40 original rolls of Unc 1959-D Lincolns and I've gone through three rolls already (rolls lying dormant for about 30 years) and what was first thought to be a scratch, turns out to be some kind of die break as I already have six of these with identical marks.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Here's two different 59-d's with the identical marks.

"Gold is money, and nothing else" (JP Morgan, 1912)

"“Those who sacrifice liberty for security/safety deserve neither.“(Benjamin Franklin)

"I only golf on days that end in 'Y'" (DE59)

A scratch on the coin is incuse, while a die break/scratch would be raised.

If it's raised I'd say it's a die scratch or scrape rather than a break.

    I do believe it's raised.
