I just found this interesting for fiscal year 1995
The Mint's financial management system does not meet the requirements of the Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act.

Urbach. Wow, that’s a name I have certainly never heard or seen before. I was like his folks knew he was destined for civil service.

this thread is worthless without pichers of the internal report.
it's interesting to note the mint was aware of the shortcomings before the audit. poor auditors didn't have anything else to say about them being in the process of rectification.
