2017 Frederick Douglas error?

Hello, I'm extremely new to this. Can anyone tell me if this is an error? I have tried to research on my own but I have had no luck. Any guidance is appreciated. It looks like the chimneyon the right has the mint error.

Thank you, I tried uploading pictures but I guess it didn't work. I'll give it another shot.
OK how do I upload pictures? It looks like it starts to but then the box is empty.
I'm not seeing any errors, could be a circulation hit on the chimney, or a very small die chip.
