Issue with the New Online Submission Form

Anybody know how to enter in a card that has never been graded before. I have a 2014 gold refractor that I want to get graded, but when I manually type in the info, quantity of 1 and the declared value, the SAVE button is grayed out...surely this had to have happened to someone, since the new form has been out for a bit...there was an option for the red refractor, so I chose that option and then changed Red to Gold, but still no dice...

ahhh...thanks...didn't see that down there...probably wouldn't hurt to have that button at the top of the list
