I purchased this die in a group a while ago and have since lost where it came from.

Does anyone know what this might be? Maybe some kind of fantasy coin/medal? Engraving school sample?

I don’t even recognize the “writing.”

I was about to mirror-reverse the image to try to read it, then saw you'd already done so. :D

Almost the same "word" appears on both sides; there's an extra "I" stroke in the word on the left. I don't recognize the script, but it looks vaguely like Tolkein's Elvish, or at least what Elvish might look like if someone tried to cram it onto the tiny surface of a coin. That, combined with the leaf/tree motif, make me think it intended for some kind of fantasy Elvish-coin.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.

Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD. B)
