1989 Fleer FASC codes

Can someone please explain to me which codes mean what ? Looking for the best chance to pull a Ripken FF. Have a cousin coming into town for Easter that I haven’t see in several years. We have a lot of opposite views on the world , but we always bonded over baseball cards. Thought that ripping one or two open would be fun
I also noticed on eBay there is a saw cut version ? Any idea the story behind that ?

    Everything you need to know about this card.

    Case code info is a bit more protected but anything pre-January 1st will get you Ripken and Randy variations. Later versions of Randys but not full corrections. Ripken FF went a week or so into January.
