2023 TOPPS HERITAGE HIGH NUMBER BASEBALL - THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS

I bought a small box (72 cards) of the 2023 Topps Heritage BB.
I thought the quality was not good ,felt like they were a very cheap product. Cards seem like they are a little bigger as I tried to put some in soft sleeves but felt like they would only get damaged trying.

This was a very rare buy for me as I rarely buy any packs, buying only single cards or lots from Ebay.

I bought a hobby box yesterday, didn’t notice a quality difference vs this year’s low number set.

My main complaint is that Walker, Volpe, Yoshida and Senga had SSP RCs in the low number set and then were included as base cards in the high number set. Don’t appreciate the duplicate “rookie cards.”

My rip was fun. My relic was a Volpe jersey with pinstripe. Hit a chrome Bogaerts /999 and a bunch of great RCs and inserts.

If anybody wants to trade, I’m looking for Red Sox.

I've bought 2 each of High Series and Regular Series hobby boxes. I ended up with 1 "hot box" in each series. So, they've been fun so far. I hit 1 Gold relic /99 Marcus Strohman. Still no autographs.

I buy two cases of both Heritage series each year. My biggest disappointment is they didn’t include De La Cruz in this set. He played the majority of the year, but they still held his RC back for the 2024 low series. Seemed odd to me.
