1945 P DDR Jefferson Full steps . DDR opinions

Just wondering if anyone agrees that this coin is in fact a ‘45 P DDR. It’s a gem full stepper I’ve had a long time. About to send it in to PCGS.

Your pictures aren't the clearest but it looks like FS-030.5 to me, and nowhere near full steps.

The 803 not the 801 but a cool coin never the less. They don’t designate FS on EF coins
