This is a good looking coin and I would like to confirm that it is a bar. New to quarters been doing morgans for awhile, but like many I have had difficulty with identifying types of doubling. Your help is appreciated.

I have no idea what you are asking and, if that is true, then I imagine that there are many folks here who have no idea, either. Might you explain a bit further?

Die chip that was given a cutie name by someone that stuck, similar to the "BIE" cents.

I do not see it.
Not seeing it either - looks more like light reflection. Definitely not a die chip.
Is OP coin a proof? Pictures kind of make it seem so........die chip was on a business strike die.
