2017-P Lincoln Cent RCMR Collectors Set (Ron Guth and Michael Sherman signed) - Any info?

The last big coin show I went to was the ANA Denver World's Fair of Money in 2017 and I picked up these three Lincoln Cent holders. I believe there were five total, but I was only in town for the day. Does anyone have any ideas, other than the descriptive limited edition numbers 1 of 250 and 1 of 1000? Each slab has a S/N, although they do not pull up the certification lookup app. I found one on ebay (1 of 1000) for $225 obo and it was described as a sample holder, although I don't see that description on the labels. Just curious.

I also have a few of these. $225 seems rather optimistic.
