The 1921 Morgan dollar is almost an afterthought, an under appreciated issue due to its high mintage and poor quality control. The normal rules of grading this series don’t quite apply to the ‘21.

Of the three mints, the ‘21-S is quite difficult to find attractively toned. Most have sloppy, mushy strikes and poor luster but this one, graded PCGS 65+ CAC, is a breath of fresh air and a nice upgrade for my collection.

Post your 1921 Morgan dollars; toned, blast white, certified, raw, uncirculated or pocket pieces… let’s see what you’ve got!

Wow, I guess I should have put “CAC” in my title…

I’ll add my Philadelphia minted 1921 Morgan graded 66 to keep the thread alive. It’s not CAC’d…

It may not show up to good in my images but this coin has nice purple hues.

Nice to see some great looking PL 1921 Morgans, thanks for sharing…

    Here’s the 3rd coin of my 21’s, a PCGS MS65 1921-D with a minuscule mint mark…

That is very odd. That mintmark looks tiny.
