1875 CC Trade Dollar Strike Issues or Counterfeit?

This was listed on eBay, but is no longer there. The listing is not showing up as sold or completed. My guess is the coin got bounced for being counterfeit. The coin on the left is the eBay coin and a genuine PCGS on right with a similar date and CC position. On the eBay coin note the third brick down from the top of the bench. The eBay coin does have some issues with roughness in above and below Liberty's arm holding the branch, the second T in TRUST extends to end of ribbon, and the denticles look soft. Any comments are appreciated.

things that would make me shy away are the overall mushiness of the details, and the obv rim near the top is just way too fat even allowing for some normal variation. I am also thinking there are a lot of dentil problems but kind of hard without larger images. Oh, and Liberty is not sitting on a stone bench, but a bale of trade goods (probably a cotton bale) bound tightly with rope, which resembles masonry.
Counterfeit
Counterfeit, it has a notch in the R which is common for these.
@burfle23 would like this.
Type collector, mainly into Seated. -formerly Ownerofawheatiehorde. Good BST transactions with: mirabela, OKCC, MICHAELDIXON, Gerard
Bogus, looks like a problem with the top of her head as well, fwiw
I agree with Kaz. When you look closely, even on these small images, the lack of detail is preponderous. Everything is mushy.
Fake.

I looked at the R, but notch did not appear to be in the same spot.
Don't the pictures on the left show some possible wire rims, especially on the REV at the bottom. Isn't this sometimes an indication of a fake as they are using higher striking pressure to try and bring out more detail on the design, even though, in this case, the design is still mushy.

If that’s a fake, it’s time to stop collecting biz strike trade dollars
