Okay so I took this coin to 3 different coin shops and everyone of them say the same thing. That they believe it is a true 1982 D smalldate copper. So what do you think I should do here? Please no negative remarks I will not listen to them.

Not to be negative, but where is the D mintmark?
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Sorry but it's not a D.
It’s a 1982, not a 1982-D. If it were the latter, the D would be easy to see, not Just imagined or wished for.

You either need a new coin shop or better photos. [That's constructive, not negative. ] As others have said, I see no evidence of a D mintmark.
If you truly think it is, there's really only one option: send it in. No one is going to pay a lot of money for a raw one that might details grade.
You guys didn't read the OP's rules - no negative remarks.
For some reason I don't think the OP is going to listen to us. "Please no negative remarks I will not listen to them."
I highlighted the area in question. You can clearly see the "D". There's also an extra "4" under the date. I'm thinking it could have been struck over a genuine 1984-D copper penny.
We really should rename this the Pareidolia Forum.
Nevermind, I'm such an idiot. This is clearly a 1932-D penny, which explains why it's copper.
If I were the OP, I'd read the comments rather than listen to them.
I think the OP has left the building.
The OP ALWAYS leaves the building.
Well they told us they weren't going to listen.
Maybe they will come back and post 35 more photos to convince us.
You asked what you should do here.
I think your best choices are-
Send it in for grading
Sell it to one of the 3 shops you said you brought it to.
I honestly do not see a D.

I hope you don’t see a D because there’s not one.
If there were, the shape, size and placement would be different from the random pattern that @simpsondanny46 wishes represented an actual D.

The “no D” Denver mintmark trends before our eyes.
It's not even a small date.

That trends too:
NO - thats as not negative as I can get.

It's the rare large small date
Thanks for èveryones input on this I think I will send it in and let them decide for me. Not saying anyone is wrong I've took it 2 3 more shop's and they are convinced that there is at least a weak D or struck on something else a error none the less thanks agin.
You are going to be very disappointed with your grading results.
Negative.
On the contrary, Google is not your friend.
What does "struck on something else" mean? How could it be a "weak D" or "struck on something else"? If it isn't a weak D, it would just be a normal P.
