I purchased a second light in an attempt to take better images.
I also purchased a new Morgan for my collection.
Are these photos any better?

Very nice coin and images! I love one-sided PLs or DMPLs - they can be a great value.
Needle sharp strike. You could cut your finger on those breast feathers.
Nice 79-s, one of my favorite Morgan dates.
Nice pickup. Obverse photo is very good, the reverse not as sharp, but be how the light reflection changed the ISO.
nice example, i like
Nice coin! You should keep using whatever lighting and photo set up you used for the obverse photo.
My camera seems to like larger images better for some reason. I'm working on making adjustment. It's really tough on some coins.
Thank you for the good feedback.

The second coin seems a little out of focus and the white balance may be a little off on both. Look at the color of the plastic in the holder which should be white.
Beautiful dude!
Congratulations
I love checking those 1879s & 1878s's for the two varieties!
'78s = "Reverse of the '79"
'79s = "Reverse of the '78"
Your's is the normal one.
