Anyone else have issues logging into the Set Registry on a PC?

The APP, while slow, does work. I can't login on my Chrome browser on my PC.
It has been working on and off for the last cople weeks...

I get error message all the time. I can go back later and it works.

It was having the same issues earlier but it seems to be working better now.
Working on 56T BB and 80T BB
Looking to trade blocks of BB graded commons for other blocks of BB commons
