yes seriously yes it was in cello still, I just removed it for pics, in hand its hard to focus your eyes looking at it its pure red, matches the same as the posted pics of genuine 1969s ddo
If you need an expert opinion to tell you if your 1969s is the DDO, there is a problem. The doubling is very clear, its there, or its not. You have received your expert opinions now, why can't you accept the answers that you now have?
Its a high dollar coin.....you need to pay for "walkthrough service level" with variety designation. Dont forget to insure the package for at least $25K on its way to PCGS. Dont want this one getting lost in the mail!

This is the 5th time you have posted this.
If you don't have anything new to add it looks like we are done here.
OK I WONT SEND MORE PICS. THANK YOU very much to everyone for your opinions,I have ONLY FEW YEARS COLLECTING and it feels great when all the time spent looking for that rarity is found and reaffirmed by fellow collectors! I Have another question about grading. I heard GREAT COLLECTIONS TAKES CARE OF GRADING COSTS ,if I consign to them manage and sell , because if a coin is high value they charge 1% FMV OF COIN. WHAT IF THIS WAS TENS OF THOUSANDS AND THE CUSTOMER DIDNT HAVE THE AMOUNT OWED WHAT HAPPENS?
Just send to to Great Collections, they will take care of the grading and they will just take any auction fees out of the final selling price and send you what's left. When you mail it make sure to insure it and send it priority.

THANKS, I'LL MAKE SURE TO INVEST IN A BETTER CAMERA/PHONE ALSO! LOL

you might have discovered a minor doubled die, although I do not see any split serifs anywhere. You definitely do not have the one that is valuable.

I was on the fence about this but the additional 700 photos have convinced me.

Your last set of photos show the doubling much clearer.
Send it to PCGS and get it graded and come back here to get the last laugh.
Yep, you have a winner!
@Pick913 please post additional photos.

The best diagnosic for a 1969-S doubled die is this: if you have a 1969-S doubled die, you will know it.

Why can't @jonathanb just get the message - that's what I want to know!
You struck it rich!
Now retire to a private island somewhere that's off the grid (no internet or cell phone connection).
I would love some closeups of the "69" turned at 90 degrees.

You don’t need to worry about that 1% FMV.

I never understood what these people get out of trolling. Maybe for a 10 year old it might be funny, but for an adult, what is it doing for them?

Once you get your big paycheck from Great Collections you can afford any camera or phone you want.
A coin like this needs to be on the market immediately!
List it for sale on eBay, sit back, and watch the offers roll in...
The market is hungry!
It bothers my OCD that the skeletons are not in the same order as the title.
But what about the title not being in the same order as the skeletons?😉
