I think this coin is fairly graded as it has just enough marks to barely slip from a 64. But, in addition to the toning, it has none of the detrimental features that plague this issue: clashing, flat tips, poorly impressed diamonds, strike thrus, etc. One of my fave IHC dates - it’s also a one year type.
