Help with identifying the coin/token

Found this in a bunch of foreign coins. It's it a physical bit coin? Looks the same on both sides.

It's some kind of token.

First thought was some kind of transportation or parking token but those would probably have some kind of reference to the issuer.

I guess it's some kind of proprietary token for a vending machine, bathroom, etc.

What does the other side look like? You know if you post obv and rev pics you will get better results.
