I enjoyed seeing the lovely coins, patterns, and medals that were showcased in the PCGS calendar... but I haven't gotten one in a few years after letting my membership lapse.
I would hang it up in the home, but I remember months would go by and Ide still be stuck on a coin I liked from earlier in the year... so I didn't use it like I was supposed to I recon
At work I have a Julian date calendar on the wall and refer to it daily
I’m not sure it was a matter of money that resulted in PCGS deciding not to do the calendars for 2024. As I recall, my son Justin (MonsterCoinMart on eBay) signed up for a slotted month in the PCGS calendar about 2 out of the last 4 or 5 years. I recall the fee was around $2,800 give or take a few years ago. It could have easily been $3,000 - $3,500 for 2024 as there was a waiting list in recent years for a monthly slot. So, $36,000 - $44,000 in ad revenue for the 12 monthly slots prints and mails a great many calendars. So, again, not sure this was a financial decision.
Just my 2 cents.

As I've learned recently, the calendars cost $3 each just to mail through USPS - so if they mailed 25,000 calendars, that's $75,000. The printing/design is not cheap either.
That bites! I still like looking at a physical monthly calendar and I have a couple at my desk at work to map out weeks/months to come at a glance. I have the Coin calendar in my home office but it's more for the monthly coin porn than actual use...

I broke down and bought the 2024 Great Collections version on eBay for $9.99
Dave
I would hate to ruin it for resellers on eBay, but if anyone would like one of our calendars, please email me your name/address (to ian@greatcollections.com) and we will mail you one on Monday. We have about 100 left.
Due to the positive response, we are going to do one each year now.
Ian
I did receive mine and it went up in the space I had for the PCGS calendar ... fits perfectly and looks great

Ian- Since calendars may qualify for Media Mail (a special rate class offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping educational and cultural materials), my idea is to inquire whether you can also include a 1 pound box of See’s chocolates along with the calendar for everyone to enjoy eating while studying the calendar. It appears the shipping on that additional pound of chocolates is less than 75 cents!! 😆. Wondercoin.

Isn't that the brand of chocolate that the graders eat while they are grading our coins?

There's a reason I've referred to specific coins in my calendar as "Miss September," and so forth.
If anyone has a 1996 coin calendar laying around, that will also work. All days, including leap year, are exactly the same as 2024. I am using Star Trek Next Generation, 1996 calendar myself!
I'm getting a calendar from @ianrussell, glad he still had some available! Yes, there is lots of tech that replaced the wall calendar, but dammit I like to see that wall space occupied by something!
