2003 D Illinois Quarter - PMD or Die Chip?

Found this 2003 quarter in pocket change. Did a double take when I saw Lincoln's "mask" face... Looks Predator-ish, lol. Is this PMD (intentional or otherwise) or a die chip?

    Could be a small die chip on the face area or could be a tiny bit of debris on the die or maybe just a weak strike. It's too small and insignificant to matter much.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    PMD or just wear from general circulation. ;)
