You can just drag an image from your desktop into the comment section while you type and it should show up.

Right above the text box, on the far right of the tool box is a rectangle (attach image) drop down. Everything else is straight forward from there.

Just above the box where you're typing text in the forum, is a bunch of icons. Click on the one that looks like a picture frame (the rightmost one, usually). You will be given two options.

Option 1: If the picture is the Internet (i.e. on another website) you can just copy and paste the URL. Right-click on the picture on the other website and select "COPY URL" (in Firefox it's called "Copy Image Link", it will be called something similar on other browsers). Now paste that URL into the box provided.

Option 2: If your picture is saved locally (on your PC, phone or whatever) then click on the "browse" button, find the saved picture, and select it. This will download a copy of the picture to the forum's servers, and insert it into your post.

The second option is generally preferred if possible, because with the first option, if the original owner of a picture deletes it from their website, the picture disappears from here on the forum too. So, for example, if you're asking a question about somebody's eBay listing, the picture here on the forum will vanish once the eBay listing expires and is deleted from eBay; that makes the forum thread kind of useless for future reference, since the picture is gone.
