The how do you use BST thread prompted bringing my search here. Building my war nickel short set, looking for all 3 1944s, prefer PCGS, will consider NGC, ideally 66 FS or 67 FS. Maybe someone here has an extra or two they just haven’t had the time to list. Please PM what you have with picture and pricing. Thanks

4 month bump, suppose I should just start trying harder on GC.
I've been putting a set of 1938-1945 FS together off GC, it has been taking time but the prices have been right. I got a couple of MS 67 6FS delivered last week that were very nice and about 1/3 of the NCG "price" list. I'm busy this week chasing 20 coins off the Heritage 12 Caesars auction for a newbie buddy so GC is all yours.
@Slade01 thanks lol, unfortunately my weekends have been full of kid stuff, so I always seem to miss the window to get back in and bid. It seems that everyone there does all of their active bidding in the last hour, so putting in a high flyer early and hoping it makes it seems the best way to spend the most; not what I'd prefer. Has that been your experience as well?
Yes, for the most desirable coins you will have a lot of last minute bidders, I got back in and grabbed an 09-S 65RD Lincoln that I wanted and made my final winning bid with 3 or 4 seconds left.
But some weeks, I can put in a bunch of low bids and hit a lot of them, below greysheet by a good bit but other weeks they go over PCGS retail so it varies a lot. If you really want something you have to be there until the last second ready to get another bid in or bid really high to start and take the risk that someone else does that and you win but not even close to a bargain.
