The top coin purports to be from the Jia Qing emperor, Bao Zhi mint. 1796 - 1821.
I cannot identify the lower coin, perhaps because the characters are so unclear.
That being said, the coins may not be genuine, but I would defer to someone with greater expertise.
The top coin, if genuine, maybe relatively rare.
