I need my last two Franklins to complete my (Raw) set, the 52-D & 53-P.
I decided to collect the top-5 (Slabbed) lowest minted Lincolns as I already had the 09-S VDB, I now have to 31-S, 14-D and 24-D, so looking to pick up the 1909-S.
Adding another Morgan CC is always on the list, but the remaining (6) are the pricey ones...
Have a Safe and Happy New Years to all my my Coin Neighbors. 2024 Baby!!

Well, I hope I don't Kick The Bucket in 2024 but my priorities and hopes and dreams for the year...
More scarce chopped T$ varieties and upgrade existing coins
Add some more Kobans from different eras
An 1873 T$ Pattern
and I don't want to jinx it but...

I ordered a few books that should be here soon, so definitely some reading and learning about ancients and medieval issues. I'm going to try to be a net seller this year but I won't rule out liquidating some bullion based things to free up funds for one or more numismatic purchases.
Cherry picking a raw 1956 Type 1 Cameo proof Franklin, a raw 1961 Cameo proof Franklin and a raw 1959 Cameo proof Franklin, all three grading PF67 or higher has been on my collecting bucket list for years.
Maybe 2024 will be the year I succeed in my quest.
2023 saw me succeed in finding two raw 1957 Proof nickels that both graded PF67 Cameo.
I guess a type three gold dollar. Not really sure yet.

I am getting to the point with my PL and DMPL set where I need the more expensive Morgan's. So I am hoping to buy at least 10 more in 2024.
I would also like to add from 1930-1935 all mints to my WLH collection extending my short raw set.
If I can get that done I will be happy.
I have around 10 PL's or DMPL's I have already upgraded but I am not ready to let them go yet.
Most of all I want to keep it enjoyable. It has been a terrific learning experience.

No coin bucket list, but I did golf 18 holes on Xmas day, which is a rare feat for a Canadian and was always on my non-coin bucket list.
As for coins, keep buying those deals!!!

A few key upgrades, and a not-too-worn 1916 SLQ. That's in addition to a coin that's supposed to arrive tomorrow, which is very, very special to me (if it's as nice as the photos). The SLQ may be more of a dream than a plan.
