Who's the idiot at Topps, who thought shaping the jersey pieces like underwear, was a good idea?

Not only that but looks like a small stain far left by border,almost halfway up from bottom.
Haha. I wonder what that stain on the underwear is?
The guy who got the promotion figuring out a way to get 10 more jersey pieces by altering the design slightly. It looks more like depends or daisy dukes.
