I remember getting Morgan and Peace dollars for face value from the bank when I was a kid collecting coins. They were glad to get rid of them.

I dont remember those prices, but I remember when silver dropped to $3 oz. You could only get Morgans from the junk bin for just over that.

. When I was a kid in the 80’s I collected Mercury Dimes and Lincoln pennies. I still have some in old cardboard flips with the prices on them. I wish that I had started collecting Morgans back then.
