PSA order complete - but stuck on "completing"

Hello,

I sent an order to PSA at beginning of November. Last week it completed the QA checks and now is stuck on "completing". Does anyone know why? I was hoping it would because of an upcharge.

    Welcome to the boards!
    Orders get "stuck" in different departments all the time.
    Hopefully, they are calculating your upcharge as we speak.
