    Maybe one could say that producing free money has helped improve the economy, just like taking in debts can improve one's domestic economy.
    As everybody knows, the problem with improving one's own economy through debt is that someday one has to pay it back.

    of course the FED creating money doesn't mean per se to creating debt,
    but beside the concept of debt monetization, which doesn't apply only to Japan, I think the two are somehow correlated
    .
