Let's try again...Sheldon 64?

I'm looking for a low grade example of this die combination for my set. I found this one and believe it is a 64, but I am still learning, would love your opinions on this one.

    I don't believe that is a Sheldon 64. The 64 has a unique reverse in that the fraction line is missing
    which is visible on the supplied photo.

    I agree with Greenstang, the reverse does not match S-64. The absence of the fraction bar is the key attribute for this variety. The coin above clearly has a fraction bar. I also see a berry missing below "T" in STATES which is present in S-64 and missing here.
    (sorry I cannot attribute which reverse this is, as i do not have my books with me)

    I see now, pic 3 shows the bar, whereas pic 6 (which is much closer) does not appear to have one. Maybe because the way the coin is angled. Thanks for your opinions
