Crossover question

Does PCGS allow PCI graded coins to be considered for crossover, even at a lower grade?

I have crossed PCI with our host. I don't remember up/down grade since I normally use ANY grade.

Yes, and you can even request a higher min grade than the pci holder if you so desire. PCGS is very easy going on crossover rules. NGC crossover rules on the other hand are extremely strict.

Thank you both for your answers.

Yes, NGC seemed so much more limiting than PCGS if I read their rules correctly.
