Edward the Confessor?

This coin has been found on the field. Looks like Edward the Confessor PACX type penny but the neck part(the diagonal rows of dots) on the obverse looks different than any other penny I have found in the internet.
Anyone has seen something like this or have any information on this coin?

Looks fine to me (apart from the hole). Every die was individually engraved, so every die will be different. ULF ON LINCOLN.
