In general I like it but the picture seems to show impaired luster leading to secondary toning albeit nice secondary toning. I’ll go with 64
She is an MS65. I think the obverse luster limits the grade. If the obverse luster matched the reverse, this coins would be a soild 66, maybe 67. They did a great job with the true view. Pretty solid representation of the coin in hand. Cell pics below.
