Nice white coin but appears accurately grade. On my large screen there appears to have a scrape across Liberty's cheek around the mouth area down to jawline. Probably incurred in the mint bag as they were tossed around and moved in the mint's vault. Maybe its the light reflection, but if on the coin would not attempt to upgrade.
I know what you’re talking about. I don’t think that is a scrape. I think that is a thin toning line. Or some other type of discoloration. Either way; I still like the coin and it is a solid 64.
